Hi. I’m Briana Fonda, a VP, Brand Experience Strategy Director working at Colle McVoy in Minneapolis. 

About Me

I’ve been working for the past 15 years at the intersection of brand experience, marketing, creativity, and technology. My mission? To develop compelling brand experiences that earn their place in culture and keep pace with consumer expectations.

I thrive in the grey and love working with clients to make sense of today’s complex world and develop a clear point of view about how to navigate that complexity. I create brand experience, marketing, and communications strategies and collaborate with media, creative, PR, and technology teams to bring those strategies to life across all touchpoints.

I love immersing myself in brands across all industries and have delivered breakthrough strategies and experiences for clients like Target, Capital One, 3M, UnitedHealth Group, Invisalign, Jack Links, Caribou Coffee, Anytime Fitness, Ford, Associated Bank, Zoetis, and Land O’Lakes.

When I’m not scrolling through TikTok to stay up on the latest trends you can find me planning my next adventure around the world, training for a marathon, or over-sharing photos of my dog, Winter, on Instagram.


I will be working for Briana someday. In fact, a lot of us will. She is smart, confident, ambitious, and always carries herself with an uncommon humility and poise. Her keen strategic mind coupled with an unparalleled business savvy make her a formidable consultant in the digital, advertising, and technology sectors.
